About Us

Rodney Ho is a retired military member with over 26 years of leadership experiences. He is the manager and lead mental health Physician Assistant (PA) and is faculty at National Louis University. Rodney received a board certificate in Psychiatry from the National Commission of Certified PAs and has over 8 years in mental health care. He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in Texas and believes in approach counseling with empathy and a humanistic approach. He is the first military Psychiatric PA and developed the first Psychiatric PA fellowship in the Department of Defense.  His expertise include treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and co-morbid mental health conditions. He believes in treating the whole person in a compassionate manner. 

 Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist with expertise in primary care as well as in inpatient settings. He graduated from Jimma University medical school in 2004 and has been in active clinical practice ever since. Dr Alemu  holds faculty position at UT San Antonio medical school as well as active hospital privileges in every major hospital between San Antonio and Austin. He sees patients in Clinic, Hospital, Rehab or even does home visits when needed.
